RoleplayLives Nudity Guidelines

We hate when we have to ban people for repeatedly not following the rules of the site, but we do not have and cannot afford a XXX server. Nor do we want to, as that cuts us off from MANY developers and tech support options as most won't work on adult sites. Paypal also doesn't like to be used for adult sites, neither does Google and various other companies. This is a small thing to do to help the site, and we're seeing a LOT of people not following these.

To summarize quickly-

NO nudity in cover and profile photos, both on a profile or a group/page. Those are PUBLIC. We've even started hosting the RPL Event photos offsite, so if there is an event that people might have nude photos for, the only thing that is posted on site is a link to the finished Youtube video.

NO nudity or adult content should be posted in the status share box. These go to a TIMELINE album that is NOT PRIVATE. This includes group/page posts. Log in as the page to post in a page album, ask a page admin to login as the page to post it for you to the page album, link to an image off site, or add to an album already created in the group itself. Those timeline photos are not meant to be used for adult items. Technically, nothing important that you want to keep should be going in that status share box anyways. Photos should go in photo albums. Roleplays should be in blogs.

NO visible/graphic penetration. That is porn, that is XXX and is not allowed nor welcome here.

BOTH male and female nudity is allowed, even full frontals. But they must be locked in a photo album that is set to "friends only" and have "ADULT" or something similar in the photo album description.

If you are posting something that is a graphic GIF of sexual content (without penetration, to follow the rules), please use the site as it is intended to be used and try to include some type of writing content in the comments. Sex is natural, sex is awesome, we all love it, but we don't all want to see a feed filled with nude gifs with no writing in sight on a writing website.

When posting, please respect the other users of the site, the admins, the host, the techs, and the support people that keep this site running for everyone. If in doubt, check the example blog again. If you still aren't sure, then it likely doesn't need to be posted.

DO REMEMBER- Just because a group is private doesn't mean you can ignore the nudity guidelines.
The nudity guidelines are in place for the ENTIRE site. Also take note when you put a picture in a message, it goes to storage.roleplaylives.blah blah blah. This tells you it is NOT PRIVATE. Don't include things in there you don't want our host to see when he has to work.

Thank you everyone, and lets keep making RPL an amazing place to write our stories

Photos That Are Allowed On RoleplayLives

Photos that are artsy, and not graphic in nature.
Photos that don't show actual graphic penetration.
Nudity in general.
Cover photos and profile photos that do not show naked genitalia, including genitals and female nipples.

All of the below items are SAFE for RPL. If there is NUDITY, then it needs to be in a locked group or a photo album set to friends only and marked as an adult album.

Notice that while some do show sex, we're not seeing the veins on a penis glistening during withdrawal. We are writers, we write that. We don't need to show it. This stuff is allowed as long as the rules that are posted here are followed- http://www.roleplaylives.net/blog/1271/nudity-guidelines/
